mediabuyer indexes publicly served native ad creatives for research and criticism (fair use under US law and limitations under EU law). If you believe a specific creative has been included in error, send us a notice including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• The specific URL on mediabuyer.site you want removed
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
• Your physical or electronic signature
• Contact info (email, phone, address)

Counter-notices

Same address. We follow standard 17 USC 512(g) counter-notice procedure.

Repeat infringers

Account access is terminated for repeat infringers.
