Privacy policy

1. Data we collect
Account info (Google OAuth profile only - email, name, profile picture) when you sign in. Anonymous analytics (page views, browser type, country) gated by your consent in our cookie banner. Newsletter email if you subscribe.
2. How we use it
To run your account, send the newsletter you opted into, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
3. Cookies + Consent Mode v2
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. All categories default to denied until you accept in the consent banner (Klaro). You can change your preferences at any time.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making. Email privacy@mediabuyer.site to exercise.
5. Data controller
mediabuyer.site is operated by Eyal Rosenthal (Spain). For GDPR purposes, the data controller is the operator. Contact: privacy@mediabuyer.site.
6. Retention
Account data retained while account is active + 12 months. Newsletter email retained until unsubscribe + 6 months. Analytics retained 26 months (GA4 default).
7. Third parties
Google (OAuth, Analytics), Cloudflare (hosting + analytics), Microsoft Clarity (session replay), Beehiiv (newsletter), Stripe (paid tier billing), Vercel (hosting).
8. Children
Service is not directed to children under 16.
